Provo, Utah Chiropractor Dr. Art Barrett was selected in 1982 to work with pioneer Chiropractor Dr. Carol S. Elder-Birnbaum in Singapore's first Chiropractic clinic. He later started his own clinic in Las Vegas in 1985, and received Acupuncture certification in 1988.
Dr. Barrett is also a former member of the American Chiropractic Association, The International Chiropractors Association, a Diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, a Fellow of the Acupuncture Society of America, and inducted into A.S.A.'s Order of the Yellow Emperor. He is licensed in Utah, and has practiced Chiropractic for 26 years, and Tai Chi for 28 years. He is a 1982 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
